James: I became interested in massage through my practice of Tai Chi and Chi Gong, exercises which balance and harness the chi or "life energy" and benefit the internal organs. Inspired to take a professional diploma in Tui Na (acupressure massage) in 2015, I have been practising for over 3 years now. I also offer complimentary techniques in aromatherapy massage and hot stone therapy, which combine to give a wonderful tonic to the mind, body and spirit. I have been practising meditation and mind-fullness techniques for over 25 years, both here in London and as well as in France & India
